Ruby Red

The next thing we did was to start designing our blog. We decided to use the colours Blue and Red, because they are the two main colours in our school uniform and logo.  We matched the colours using the projector.

We all designed some ideas for an image header for the site.

The first thing we had to do when we started our blog was to think up a name.  We worked in pairs to come up with ideas.  Some of them were too long so as a class we decided on our favourite ideas.

We had a vote and ‘rubyred’ won with seven votes.

This term, Year 4 at St Anne’s RC School in Coventry are working with Warwick Arts Centre and Cov Cool Kids to make a blog.  We are celebrating the school’s 40th Anniversary. 

We will be making photos and videos as well as writing about our school.  Other classes have also been making things for the blog which we will be showing.
